New!! Madison, WI Training – June 23 & 24,2012(click here)

Integral Bodywork® is about the experience of Grace.  It is about the transformation and evolution of consciousness.  Releasing the body’s matrix of connective tissue enhances structural integration which enables the individual to re-connect with the truly infinite potential of being.

As this 10 Sessions process unfolds, the bodymind moves towards increased awareness, clarity, alignment, flexibility and spaciousness. A more natural condition of being is encouraged and various discomforts of long standing begin to shift and ease.

Integral Bodywork® can be highly effective in providing long-lasting relief from chronic pain and can also tremendously expedite the release of trauma of all kinds.

The synergy between Integral Bodywork® and other forms of self development and creative endeavor is truly remarkable. It can richly enhance one’s practice of yoga, meditation, martial arts, or dance as well as inspire new creative expression in any of the fine or performing arts.

Integral Bodywork® can result in:

  • rejuvenation
  • reduction of pain
  • improved posture and alignment
  • increased mobility and flexibility
  • increased breath capacity
  • increased awareness, lightness, space and freedom in the bodymind

Integral Bodywork® can be beneficial for:

  • spinal conditions: scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis
  • depression
  • fibromyalgia
  • trauma and abuse issues
  • life transitions
  • bodymind disciplines: yoga, martial arts, meditation, dance, etcetera
  • creative endeavors: music, vocal quality, fine arts

Gratitude

Integral Bodywork® is dedicated to our teachers and our teachers’ teachers, without whom this method would not exist. We are often filled with a sense of awe and wonder at how blessed we have been to have trained under them and to have received so much.

Tanouye Tenshin Rotaishi showed us the Way and insisted that we realize our True Potential.

Ida P. Rolf revealed to the world her revelations about Gravity, Alignment  and the 10 Sessions.

William “Dub” Leigh shared Ida Rolf’s 10 Sessions method with us and inspired us to explore deeper in the bodymind.

Toyoda Tenzan Rokoji supported the development of this work and provided us with a living example of “a natural man”.

Hosokawa Dogen Roshi patiently fostered our ripening “zen mind” and provided validation for our own developing understanding of “hara”.

We also acknowledge with deep appreciation:

Audrey Nakamura who through her example, instruction and tireless support of and collaboration with Dub Leigh helped Zentherapy® coalesce and develop.

Bruce Loebach was Everett  Ogawa’s business/practice partner for 10 years. Integral Bodywork evolved out of their mutual support and collaboration during that period.

Ximena Prudencio was a pillar of support during the formative stages of Integral Bodywork®.  She accomplished the daunting task of producing our training manual.

We dedicate our efforts to future generations of both practitioners and clients.

May we all come to realize our lives as Rainbows.
